Valentine Crafting...I finally found a little time to create some Valentine goodies while baby napped!I made this altered heart candy box. I used sheet music, a vintage flower, seam binding, a button and some broken jewelry.
This is the first altered bottle I've ever tried. I love it and now I can't wait to find more bottles to use!
And I forgot to show you this lovely vintage monogrammed sugar bowl I found. It's missing it's lid which makes it a perfect piece to display flowers or other pretties.Have a lovely day, girls!

I love, love, love the heart. It's gorgeous. I want to make one now. And your bottle turned out pretty fab as well. But I love the heart. Thanks for stopping by my blog and for leaving me a comment. I really appreciate it.
Everything is so pretty!
They all look beautiful! I tried my first bottle over the weekend; I made some as a little valentine-something for some friends. I wasn't sure hot glue would work, but it did! :) Thanks for sharing the inspirations!

Cute bottles. I love that silver sugar bowl. judy
Very clever Valentine, I had Christmas trees with the sheet music for sale this year in my gift shop. They were foam with sheet music glued to them. Kinda contempary, yet very traditional. They all sold out. Thanks, Richard at www.myoldhistorichouse.blogspot.com
Oh my gosh, that candy box is calling my name! What a beautiful creation!
